Return or replace?
Not happy with the product? It is possible. If you are not satisfied with our
products, you can exchange or return the product within 30 days.
- If you want to replace the product, you can contact our customer service who
will help you with the replacement of your products: [store email]
- Products must be returned unused, in original condition and provided with
labels and tags. The products must not contain any traces of use. We reserve the
right to refuse returned items if it is suspected that the items have already been
used or damaged due to our own errors.
- If the package arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer
service on arrival: [store email], please add yours; name, address, order number.
We will then solve the problem for you.
A return delivery must be provided with a tracking and tracking code. The sender
is always responsible for the delivery (incl. Costs).
Once we have received your returned goods, the full purchase amount will be
refunded to your account within 14 days.
